How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 3–7 business days once they ship. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your box leaves us.

Do you ship outside the country?

Yes. International rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout. Customs fees, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I get the best burn out of a candle?

The first burn matters most: let it go 2–3 hours, until the melted wax reaches the edge of the jar. After that, trim the wick to about a quarter inch before every light and keep each burn under four hours.

Are the sprays safe on skin?

Our room & body sprays are formulated for both. Test a small patch first if you have sensitive skin, and keep them away from the eyes.

Can I order for a wedding, event, or gift boxes?

We do custom scents, custom labels, and bulk orders. Send us the quantity, the date you need them, and any scent direction — we’ll come back with pricing in two business days.

Something arrived damaged. What now?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund it. No need to send the broken one back.
