Processing time

Orders are made to order in small batches. We pack and ship within 1–2 business days. During launches and holidays this can stretch to 3–4 business days, and we’ll say so on the home page when it does.

Delivery

Standard delivery arrives in 3–7 business days after shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your label is created.

Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

International orders

We ship internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the total you pay us.

Damaged or wrong items

Email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace the item or refund it. You don’t need to ship the damaged one back.

Returns

Because candles, sprays, and diffusers are scented goods, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered and the package isn’t there, check with neighbours and your carrier first, then contact us. We’ll help open a claim.
