This policy explains what Kentra Collections collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Questions are welcome at [email protected].

What we collect

Order details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
Messages: anything you send through the contact form or by email.
Site activity: pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location, through cookies and analytics.

Why we collect it

To process and ship orders, answer your questions, prevent fraud, improve the store, and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business: payment processors, shipping carriers, email and CRM platforms, and analytics tools. They may use your information only to perform the service we hired them for. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store may stop working.

Marketing emails

You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of it. Transactional emails about an order you placed will still be sent.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. We may keep records we’re legally required to keep, such as order and tax records.

Data retention & security

We keep order records as long as the law requires and use industry-standard safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
