Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock we can no longer supply. If we decline after you’ve paid, you get a full refund.

Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate; if an error appears, we’ll correct it and let you know before shipping.

Product descriptions

Because everything is hand-poured, colour, texture, and scent strength can vary slightly between batches. Screens also show colour differently. These variations are not defects.

Safe use

Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, and anything flammable.
Burn on a heat-resistant surface, no longer than four hours at a time.
Trim the wick to about a quarter inch before every light, and stop burning when half an inch of wax remains.
Sprays are for external use. Keep away from eyes and open flame.
Diffuser oil can damage finished surfaces — wipe spills immediately.

You use our products at your own risk and agree to follow the safety instructions on every label.

Intellectual property

The Kentra Collections name, logo, product names, photography, and site content belong to Kentra Collections and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kentra Collections is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
